Akhbar The Star secara eksklusif mendedahkan bahawa Nur Fazira Saad, gadis berusia 13 tahun yang baru diceraikan baru-baru ini pernah membuat laporan polis pada bulan Julai 2012 sebelum dia berkahwin. Dia melaporkan bahawa dia telah dirogol oleh 3 orang lelaki termasuk bekas suaminya.

Apa kata Mohd Fahmi Alias, bekas suami Nur Fazira Saad ?

“Kami hanya mengadakan hubungan seks selepas berkahwin,”

Mohd Fahmi malah mendakwa bekas isterinya menjalin hubungan sulit dengan seorang lelaki dari Kuala Ketil, tiga atau empat bulan sebelum dia menyedarinya.

“Rakan-rakan saya yang ada di sana melihat dia (Nor Fazira Saad) begitu mesra dengan seorang lelaki. Dia mengenali lelaki itu ketika bekerja di pekan Padang Serai (dalam daerah Kulim)"

Mohd fahmi memberitau dia menceraikan isterinya kerana tidak mahu mengeruhkan lagi keadaan walaupun tempoh perkahwinan belum cukup setahun.

“Kerana tidak mahu mengeruhkan lagi keadaan, saya membuat keputusan untuk menceraikannya,”

Kata Mohd Fahmi, dia menceraikan Nor Fazira dengan talak satu, bukannya tiga seperti yang dihebohkan dalam media. Mohd Fahmi yang berhenti sekolah pada umur 16 tahun dan selepas itu bekerja di ladang kelapa sawit dengan gaji RM1,000 sebulan mengenali Nur Fazira dua bulan sebelum mereka berkahwin.
