Dia turut menceritakan bahawa dia sudah cuba mendapatkan rawatan di hospital namun pihak hospital gagal membantunya. Dia mula mencuba alternatif tradisional seperti pakar astrologi dan dimaklumkan bahawa roh-roh anjing yang dibunuhnya telah menyumpahnya.

Selvakumar mengatakan anjing tersebut dikahwini hanya kerana untuk mengelakkan sumpahan tersebut. Dia memaklumkan akan mencari isteri sebenar pada masa akan datan.
