Sidang Ke 3 Kes Enno:Ayah Enno Menangis Dengar Hukuman Yang Dijatuhkan Pada Rahmad|Sidang ketiga kes pembunuhan enno parihah 18 tahun dengan terdakwa Rahmad alim yang berlaku jumaat 10.06.2016  menjelang tengah hari tadi .kini hakim penuntut JPU pengadilan negeri tangerang telah membacakan tuntutan terhadap rahmad yang disaksikan langsung oleh kedua dua belah pihak keluarga.

Jaksa penuntut yang terdiri dari tiga orang yakni M Ikbal Hadjarati, Agus Kurniawan, dan Putri Wulan Wigati menyatakan Rahmad alim melanggar Pasal 340 ayat 1 ke 1 KUHP jo 55 UU No 11 tahun 2011 tentang Sistem Peradilan Anak. Rahmad pun dituntut hukuman 10 tahun penjara.

Hukuman itu di jatuhkan kepada rahmad alim yang sebelumnya di ancam hukuman mati karena pembunuhan secara berencana.

Akan tetapi berdasarkan pasal 81 ke 6 hukuman mati kepada pembunuhan berencana tidak dikenakan peda pelaku di bawah umur,dan hanya dikenakan hukuman paling lama 10 tahun penjara.

Bagaimanapun arif fikri 53 tahun ayah kandung enno yang hadir dipersidangan dengan ratusan orang tidak berpuasa hati dan meminta pengadilan negeri itu membebaskan Rahmad alim karena pengadilan tidak bisa mengabulkan hukuman mati seperti yang di harapkan.

Jika pengadilan tidak bisa menghukum mati,bebaskan saja,biar orang awam yang menghukum” kata arif  sambil meneteskan air mata di luar persidangan Setelah tuntutan dibacakan ,jumaat 10.06.2016

Bagaimanapun persidangan itu turut di warnai dengan aksi demo orang awam,terutaman warga masyarakat  kampung enno Bangkir, Desa Pegandikan, Kecamatan Lebak Wangi, Kabupaten Serang.

Kami datang bukan karena paksaan,kami datang untuk menuntut keadilan untuk enno ujar nuis,salah seorang pendemo.
